1. 30-DAY RETURN POLICY

We offer a 30-calendar-day return period beginning on the date your order is delivered.

For change-of-mind returns, items should be in their original condition, unused or unworn beyond reasonable inspection, with proof of purchase. Original packaging and accessories should be included where reasonably possible.

These conditions do not limit mandatory consumer rights relating to faulty, damaged, or incorrectly described products.

2. FREE RETURN SHIPPING

Eligible returns requested within 30 days of delivery qualify for free return shipping.

To request a return, email burcsamanuea@outlook.com with your order number and product details.

Our support team will provide an authorized return address and a prepaid return label or another suitable arrangement at our expense.

Please do not mail items to an unconfirmed address. Our return processing facility may differ from the business correspondence address.

3. RETURN PROCEDURE

Contact customer service within the return window, provide the relevant order information, and follow the authorized instructions.

Retain proof of return shipment until your request is resolved.

4. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT GOODS

6. EXCHANGES

Exchanges depend on product availability. Please contact customer service before returning items for an exchange.

If a replacement is unavailable, an eligible return and separate purchase may be arranged.

7. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Contact us promptly to request an order cancellation.

We will attempt to cancel orders before dispatch. Orders already shipped may be handled through the return procedure. Mandatory cancellation rights remain unaffected.

8. SHIPPING FEES AND TAXES

Orders with a merchandise subtotal strictly greater than $30 USD qualify for free standard shipping.

For orders of $30 USD or less, any applicable shipping fee is disclosed before payment confirmation.

Customers will not be asked to pay additional import duties, customs clearance charges, or delivery-related taxes beyond the total disclosed at checkout.

Applicable sales taxes, VAT, and import obligations will be handled in accordance with relevant laws.

9. UNITED KINGDOM CONSUMER RIGHTS

Eligible UK consumers generally have 14 days after receiving goods purchased online to cancel without giving a reason and another 14 days after notifying cancellation to return the goods.

Qualifying refunds, including standard outbound delivery charges where required, will be processed within statutory deadlines.
